Lab Kits>New>Select

In the Lab Kits > New screen you can identify Lab Kits that are New. You can also print a Lab Kits Required Report.

1. You can click the 'New' link on the left navigation bar. A table with new Lab Kits will be displayed.
2. You can click the Select button. A table with Lab Kit information will be displayed
   1. The table will show Used Stock, Order Kit, Workflow ID, Patient, Order date (mm/dd/yyyy), VAMC Contact, VAMC Contact Ph#, Address Line 1, Address Line 2, Address Line 3, City, State, Zip, +4, Country columns.
   2. You can identify the kit as Used Stock by checking the Used Stock checkbox.
   3. You can identify the kit as Order Kit by checking the Order Kit checkbox.
   4. You can change the information in the Patient, Order date (mm/dd/yy), VAMC Contact, VAMC Contact Ph#, Address Line 1, Address Line 2, Address Line 3, City, State, Zip, +4, and Country fields.
   5. You can click the Save button to save any changes.
   6. You can click the Cancel button to remove any changes.
